At LaFrancé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
